Nearly a dozen human resources managers from companies, financial institutions, NGOs and international organisations took part in the training course, which focused on the theme: "Β Managing HR performance: a strategic challenge for the companyΒ ".
Organised by Job Booster Social Enterprise Burkina Faso on 25 July 2024, the aim of the session was to equip HRDs to master the tools and best practices for effectively managing HR performance within their organisation, and to demonstrate the impact of human resources performance on company results and the need for HR performance management.
The main points covered during this session included the influence of HR performance on the company's results, the development of HR performance and the use of a number of assessment tools, in particular the Individual Social Report (ISR), the Single Data Base (SDB), and so on.
Job Booster Social Enterprise Burkina Faso initiated this training course in order to respond to the needs of HRDs and to showcase its expertise in providing companies with advisory support in human resources management.
