Job Booster Social Enterprise Burkina Faso assists young promoters in the various stages of setting up their businesses, in finding funding for their businesses and in managing them.
This programme therefore aims to promote youth entrepreneurship by building on their creative initiatives and their motivation to create micro, small and medium-sized enterprises. The aim is to offer young people a training programme in entrepreneurship that enables them to develop and propose initiatives that meet local demand and exploit local potential and know-how. The programme also supports young entrepreneurs in the start-up, management and development of the new businesses they have created.
The diagnostic analysis of youth entrepreneurship in Burkina Faso shows that the factors that hinder this aspect are the absence of incubation centres (47.80%), the weakness of the entrepreneurial culture (45%), the lack of political will (44.20%), the lack of qualifications (42.10%), and the administrative burden (41.30%). Thus the appropriate remedy in the fight against unemployment in Burkina Faso is youth entrepreneurship.
Job Booster Sociale Enterprise Burkina Faso has a room equipped with computers where young entrepreneurs can do research to refine their project documents, discuss with each other and benefit from the support of the Job Booster technical team. This room is a "business space" (coworking space where entrepreneurs can come and work) for start-ups under construction. With this business space, JBSE-BF acts as an incubator.
JBSE-BF offers young entrepreneurs basic administrative services (bookkeeping, tax returns, etc.) for a fee.
