At the end of this training session, participants will have a better understanding of the performance measurement system of a project or programme and will be able to put into practice the principles and tools of results-based management and in particular to elaborate in a participatory way the strategy of their project through the logical framework:- Formulate an overall objective and specific objectives in a SMART manner;
- Define realistic expected results and measurement indicators;
- Structure the activities to be carried out;
- Establish baselines and define targets;
- Identify the risks to be minimised in order to best ensure the achievement of the targeted results, as well as the factors that favour performance (assumptions);
- Build and monitor the results matrix
- Report on results and share lessons learned.
